Cables and Textured Knitting with Anne Makepeace 24th March 2010 [2621]
Wednesday 24th March 2010. 10.30 am to 4.30 pm at Kangaroo in East Sussex (just outside of Lewes). The price of the workshop includes materials, tea, coffee and lunch plus 10% discount on purchases made during the day.
This workshop demonstrates how different textures can be combined. Participants will complete a project which focuses on techniques such as cabling and texture stitches. this workshop is aimed at knitters who have already mastered the basic stitches. We will look at how to use a cable needle, how to use a cable chart and knit various cable stitches.
