Mini mochi – the gorgeous rainbow sock yarn now has four new multi-coloured shades plus 6 solid shades for the more conservative amongst us. Mini Mochi is a 4 ply weight and will knit to most standard 4 ply patterns so don’t just use it for socks. Cables and Textured Knitting with Anne Makepeace on Wednesday 24th March. Learn how to knit different cable stitches, how to combine them with textured patterns and how to knit cables from a chart. You will complete a small project during the workshop, all materials and a tasty lunch are provided plus 10% discount on purchases made on the day.

Further steps in crochet and how to make crochet corsages with Jane Crowfoot on Saturday 27th March. If you want a follow on from ‘beginners crochet’ this is a great workshop. Jane will show you how to change colour neatly and add texture to your work by adding bobbles and tucks. You will be shown how to add embellishments to you crochet in the form of sequins and beadings and will complete your own corsage on the day. Materials and a tasty lunch are provided plus 10% discount on purchases made on the day.
