Purchasing
It couldn't be easier. When you first use the site you need to log in, once you have done this remember your user name and password for future visits to the site, this will enable us to store your name and address to save you having to enter it every time. Please note no credit card details are stored in any format.

Click on 'Products' and everything can be accessed through the drop down menus. Browse the website and add your purchases to the shopping cart (this can be viewed at any point, by clicking on 'view cart'). If you are ordering from outside the UK you can check the amount in your local currency by clicking on 'Currency Converter' in the Order Menu. If you are looking for a specific item use the Search box and this will find the item and show you any related products.

When you have finished making your selection and are ready to complete the purchase go to checkout. If you have a gift voucher or a discount code enter this, then proceed with the checkout.

Shipping and Postage
We aim to send out all items within 2 working days of the receipt of order. If we are out of stock of an item you will be notified of the estimated delivery time and offered an alternative if that is an option or the chance to cancel the order. All items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post in the UK or Small Packet rate for overseas items.

We ship to all countries worldwide.

VAT
All the prices on the website include VAT (Value Added Tax) at 17.5%. Orders delivered to addresses outside the EU will have the VAT deducted before postage costs. Please note Books and Magazines are tax exempt for everyone.
